SPECIAL ORDER – Enquire for more information Pivotica Pro 150 in floor is a self-closing pivot hinge in-floor plate option for interior doors up to 150kg, providing soft-close and wall protection.  Pivotica Pro is designed for interior pivot doors weighing 150kg. The ‘in floor’ option for the Pivotica Pro pivot hinges is embedded in the floor with a lower profile footplate than the standard Pivotica Pro models. Thanks to its compact size, the Pivotica Pro is quick and easy to install and is the perfect solution whether you are using single, double or floor-to-ceiling doors. It will hold the door at 90 degrees or closed and it is suitable for floors with underfloor heating. This self-closing pivot hinge in-floor plate option allows the door to be installed with a slight gap between the door and floor. We recommend using this pivot hinge in conjunction with the Magnotica magnetic contactless pivot door closer.
